Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Conduct high-quality virtual sales presentations and product demos
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and decision-makers
  • Accurately track pipeline activity using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and quota targets
  • Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead handoff and conversion rates
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, or digital services preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience working with UK or US markets is highly preferred
  • High level of accountability, self-motivation, and professionalism
