Join a dynamic team focused on creating premium, fashion-forward apparel for churches, ministries, and organizations. This role is ideal for an experienced apparel designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming client visions into high-quality, production-ready garments. You will collaborate closely with sales and client-facing teams, ensuring each collection aligns with brand standards and maintains a modern aesthetic. The position requires a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver realistic mockups, and uphold the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Deliverables
- Design modern, on-trend apparel collections tailored to client specifications and brand guidelines
- Develop detailed tech packs for production, including specifications, materials, and construction details
- Produce realistic mockups and visual presentations for client approval
- Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to interpret client needs and translate them into compelling designs
- Oversee the design process from concept through to production-ready files, ensuring timely delivery and premium quality
- Maintain and update a portfolio of completed projects and design assets

Requirements
- Proven experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom garment work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design software
- In-depth understanding of garment construction, production methods, and fabric selection
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Experience developing tech packs and working with manufacturers is essential
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a premium, fashion-forward aesthetic
- Availability for part-time, contract-based work; remote applicants welcome
