Responsibilities
Quantitative Problem Design & Solutioning
- Create original, high-calibre scientific problems at graduate or research-level rigor, using Python for scientific programming.
- Define problem categories, secondary tags, and assign appropriate difficulty levels.
- Solve formulated problems with principles-based rigor, ensuring outcomes are accurate, reliable, and logically coherent.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
- Engage in two-tier review processes, thoroughly assessing:
- Accuracy of both problems and solutions.
- Collaborate proactively with reviewers and team leads, incorporating feedback to refine content quickly and enhance overall content quality.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PhD Candidates in Computational Biology/Bioinformatics
- At least 1 peer-reviewed publication in a relevant field
- Advanced Python proficiency for scientific coding/research
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and collaboration

Offer Details
Expectations
- Time commitment: At least 4 hours/day, minimum 20 weekly hours, with a 4-hour overlap with PST (flexible to choose among: 20 hrs/week, 30 hrs/week, or full-time 40 hrs).
- Contract type: Fixed-assignment freelancer/contractor (excludes medical benefits/paid leave).
- Duration: 3-month term. [Start date: Next week]
