This project focuses on identifying, mapping, and implementing robust automated processes that safely integrate core ecosystem operations with advanced Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Azure AI Foundry capabilities, and RPA frameworks. Operating within a highly regulated financial services landscape, the project balances bleeding-edge technical innovation with strict data governance, compliance, and structural integrity.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the essential link between operational business stakeholders and our technical engineering squads. Your core responsibility is to dissect complex, manual corporate workflows and determine their readiness for Intelligent Automation and AI. You will build comprehensive process blueprints, define strict business rules, and ensure that what the technical team builds perfectly aligns with the client’s strict operational efficiency and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities include
- Lead process discovery workshops with business teams to analyze manual workflows, assess feasibility, and calculate ROI for automation and Agentic AI opportunities.
- Map highly detailed "As-Is" and design "To-Be" process models, clearly defining business exceptions, system dependencies, and data structures.
- Author comprehensive Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and translate business rules into technical User Stories and acceptance criteria for developers and QA testers.
- Partner with InfoSec, Compliance, and Data Governance teams to ensure all mapped processes strictly adhere to financial regulations, data privacy (DLP), and security controls.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities, acting as the domain expert to validate that the delivered automated solution matches business

Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation, or AI-driven transformation projects.
- Proven track record mapping processes for enterprise platforms (such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Microsoft Copilot Studio) within a regulated sector.
- Deep proficiency in process mapping tools (like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio) and Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Azure DevOps).
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently navigate discussions between technical developers and non-technical business leaders.
- Prior experience working within UK financial services, payments, or banking frameworks is highly preferred.
