Job Overview
Digital Moviola is seeking a dedicated and analytical Remote Business Analyst to join our innovative team on a Full-Time basis. At Digital Moviola, we use the power of incentives, data, and behavioural science to make people healthier and to enhance and protect their lives. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying needs, and defining requirements for projects that directly contribute to our mission of improving health and well-being. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while collaborating with our global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and detailed analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Analyse data to provide insights that support business decisions and contribute to the development of health-focused initiatives.
- Model and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Support the project lifecycle by assisting with testing, validating solutions against business requirements, and managing requirement changes.
- Communicate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.

Qualifications And Skills
- Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating comprehensive documentation.
- A self-motivated and disciplined individual, capable of working effectively in an independent, remote setting.
- Experience working within an Agile or Scrum development environment is highly desirable.
- A background in the healthcare, wellness, or technology sectors would be a significant advantage.
- A relevant degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
