About the Role
Help fine-tune large language models (e.g., ChatGPT), leveraging your chemistry expertise. Design problems, assess AI performance, and collaborate with researchers to improve benchmarks.
Responsibilities

- Develop clear, rigorous step-by-step solutions with logical reasoning

Requirements
- PhD (completed or pursuing) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field
- Strong chemistry reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback
- No AI experience required
