💰 Project Scope & Engagement
- Compensation: Highly competitive rates ($110-250/Hr) tailored specifically to your medical specialty and professional tier.
- Format: 100% Remote, independent contractor role.
- Commitment: Project workloads are fully flexible, typically ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week (you choose opportunities that perfectly align with your schedule).
- Payments: Processed weekly via Stripe or Wise.
🎯 Core Responsibilities (When Matched)
- AI Model Training: Evaluate and score AI-generated medical outputs, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment plans to advance frontier AI capabilities.
- Scenario Creation: Design complex, real-world clinical tasks and deliverables based on actual patient care management standards.
- Expert Consultation: Provide deep, domain-specific feedback to correct model behavior, ensure compliance, and guarantee evidence-based accuracy.
