Remote Contentious Probate Solicitor

Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor – Flexible Role within a National Firm

We’re seeking exceptional Senior Contentious Probate Solicitors (8+ years PQE) who value quality work, autonomy, and genuine flexibility.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded national law firm, specialising in complex, high-value contentious probate matters.

The firm is nationally recognised for its technically excellent services in contentious wills, trusts, and estates, delivering high-stakes disputes while maintaining a collaborative, client-focused culture.

What Makes This Firm Unique

  • Authentic flexibility: Trusted to work where you thrive—whether at home, in the office, or remotely. Focus is on outstanding outcomes, not fixed hour constraints.
  • High-calibre work: Handling sophisticated disputes within a supportive, growth-focused team.
  • Autonomy with mentorship: Opportunity to guide junior lawyers while expanding your own expertise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
