Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor – Flexible Role within a National Firm
We’re seeking exceptional Senior Contentious Probate Solicitors (8+ years PQE) who value quality work, autonomy, and genuine flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
You will manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Will and inheritance disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Trust and estate disputes
- Capacity and validity challenges
- Executor and trustee disagreements
Additionally, you’ll:
- Mentor junior solicitors
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Contribute to the firm’s continued growth
IdealCandidate
Experience & Skills
- 8+ years’ Post-Qualification Experience, with strong contentious probate expertise
- Independent, confident handling of complex, high-value cases
- Exceptional client management and business development skills
- Leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring others
