Qualified Residential Conveyancer

Up to £60,000 + Bonus (uncapped monthly bonus - team member received a £13,000 bonus last month)

We're looking for an experienced Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join our team on a fully remote basis. You'll manage your own caseload of up to 80 files, supported by dedicated teams handling enquiries, onboarding, and completions, allowing you to focus on progressing files and delivering an excellent client experience rather than getting bogged down in admin.
This is a mixed residential caseload with no shared ownership or Building Safety Act (BSA) work, keeping the caseload straightforward and manageable.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of up to 80 residential conveyancing files at any one time
- Progress files efficiently from instruction through to completion, liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and other solicitors as needed
- Work closely with the firm's dedicated enquiries, onboarding and completions teams to ensure smooth file progression
- Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout the transaction
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
- Identify and resolve issues on files promptly, escalating where appropriate
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across a high-volume caseload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, client-focused approach to casework
