The Role: Conveyancing Fee Earner:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle:
- An average of 25 new files per month (with support from a dedicated paralegal).
- 18 files per month when working independently.
- Collaborate closely with the firm’s specialist onboarding and post-completion teams to ensure:
- A smooth process.
- Operational efficiency.
- Deliver excellent service to:
- A loyal client base.
- Trusted network of referrers.
- Ensure all transactions are handled with:
- Precision.
- Efficiency.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to:
- Work independently.
- Work remotely without direct supervision.
- Manage workload autonomously.
