Role Overview
This role is focused on building, launching, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for a mortgage lending business targeting Americans purchasing homes abroad, with an initial focus on Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, specifically in pay-per-click advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the chance to shape and scale advertising efforts from the ground up, with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on results.
Deliverables
- Set up and configure Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts from near-scratch
- Develop, launch, and monitor high-performing ad campaigns tailored to the target audience
- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and drives conversions
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including account setup and optimization
- Strong copywriting skills for digital advertising
- Proficiency in pay-per-click (PPC) strategies and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to ad performance
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for ongoing collaboration if required
