REMOTE EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR
About the Opportunity My client is a boutique employment firm offering a comprehensive range of employment-related legal services. They are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (with 4–8 years PQE) to join their team and work closely with a senior, respected lawyer specialising in tribunal and advisory work.
Role Details
- Primary Focus: Employment tribunal cases (~75%) with supplementary employment advisory work (~25%)
- Location: Fully remote with the option to work from their Northern offices for team days/intake where preferred

Ideal Candidate
- Qualification: You must hold PQE between 4 and 8 years
- Specialisation: Passionate about tribunal and litigious matters
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with senior solicitors/bar counsel
- Soft Skills: Highly motivated and able to deliver excellent client outcomes remotely while building a strong professional relationship with the team
