Remote Entry-Level Travel Booking Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Entry-Level Travel Booking Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, are passionate about travel, and are eager to learn. You will assist clients with travel reservations, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer service all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages. Provide accurate travel details, pricing, and itinerary information. Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain organized records of reservations and client communications. Support clients with changes, cancellations, or special requests. Stay up to date with travel trends and destination options. Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new booking software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
