Role Overview

Turing seeks Capital Markets experts to collaborate with its AI researchers, applying deep expertise to enhance AI model performance. Responsibilities include evaluating and training AI systems in:

  • Equity and debt issuance
  • Securities structuring
  • Market microstructure
  • Pricing dynamics

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Evaluate large language models (LLMs) on capital markets tasks:
    • Securities pricing
    • IPO structuring
    • Syndication processes
    • Fixed income analytics
  • Design evaluation rubrics to assess AI capabilities in:
    • Bond valuation
    • Yield curve analysis
    • Derivatives pricing
    • Market risk assessment
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and finance peers to refine:
    • Training methodologies
    • Evaluation strategies
    • Benchmarks for capital markets use cases

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in core capital markets domains:
    • DCM (Debt Capital Markets)
    • ECM (Equity Capital Markets)
    • Structured products
    • Sales & trading
    • Market-making
  • Deep technical knowledge of:
    • Securities markets fundamentals
    • Pricing mechanisms
    • Issuance processes
    • Credit analysis
    • Market microstructure
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication
