Role Overview
Turing is seeking Finance Professionals with strong Investment Banking backgrounds to guide how frontier AI systems learn and reason about complex financial transactions. Your expertise in M&A, IPOs, and deal structuring will directly shape the way AI interprets and models high-stakes corporate finance decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations.
- Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies.
- Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics.
- Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising).
- Proven track record in deal modelling, valuations, or transaction advisory.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure.
- Excellent written communication.
- No AI experience required
- Preferred: CFA (any level), CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance.

Offer Details
- Engagement: Advisory consulting (~10–30 hrs/week).
- Location: Fully remote — work anywhere, anytime.
- Duration: Initial 1-month pilot, with potential for multi-month projects.
- Compensation: $100/hr+ consulting rate.
