Role Overview

Turing is seeking Finance Experts to collaborate with researchers and enhance AI model performance across financial domains. We welcome professionals with expertise in:

  • Capital markets

  • Other finance-related areas

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Evaluate LLM models for gaps or performance issues in finance-related tasks.
  • Develop custom rubrics to measure AI capabilities across domain-specific areas, e.g., deal analysis, M&A assessments, or financial strategy.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and finance peers to refine:
    • Training methods
    • Evaluation strategies
    • Benchmarks

Requirements

✅ 2+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:

  • Capital markets
  • Portfolio management
  • Research (e.g., equity/exploratory)
  • Trading or quantitative finance
  • Investment banking
  • Private equity
  • Venture capital or growth equity
  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
  • Accounting
  • Financial consulting

✅ Deep knowledge of core finance concepts specific to your domain, such as:

  • Investment analysis and valuation methods
  • Research methodologies
  • Forecasting and scenario planning
  • Revenue modelling/revenue growth strategies
  • Corporate finance principles
  • Asset/risk management frameworks

  • CFA designation (Level I/II/III)
