Role Overview
Turing is looking for Experts in Finance to work with our researchers to improve performance of AI models.
We're looking for experts across a range of topics including:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM models for areas of finance where models do not perform well.
- Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on specific areas of your finance expertise (such as deal analysis, M&A assessments, and more).
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape:
- Training methods
- Evaluation strategies
- Benchmarks
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in:
- Capital Markets
- Portfolio Management
- Research
- Trading
- Quant
- Investment Banking
- Private Equity
- Venture Capital
- Growth Equity
- FP&A
- Accounting
- Financial Consulting

Strong grasp of financial concepts including:

Note: Qualifications like the following are not required, merely bonuses:
- CFA (Level I/II/III)

Offer Details
- Commitment: Flexible, 10–30 hrs/week.
- Duration: ~1 month, with possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
