💰 Compensation & Structure
- Rate: $150 USD per hour.
- Format: 100% Remote, independent contractor role.
- Commitment: Flexible workload requiring 10–20 hours per week (Starts immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis).
- Payments: Processed weekly via Stripe or Wise.
🎯 Core Responsibilities
- Compare two AI-generated responses to complex medical prompts and decisively judge which one is better.
- Review the provided input files and deeply analyze the AI's step-by-step reasoning and clinical thought process.
- Provide highly structured written feedback explaining why one output outperforms the other, specifically citing clinical accuracy, patient safety, and evidence-based reasoning.
- Participate in specialized calibration sessions to ensure AI alignment with real-world medical guidelines.

✅ Strict Eligibility & Credential Requirements
- Degree Requirement: Must hold an MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or advanced clinical/biomedical degree (or equivalent highly specialized professional experience).
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of verified professional experience in clinical practice, medical research, or a biomedical specialty.
- Clinical Acumen: Extremely comfortable applying current, real-world clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine to complex scenarios.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with strict attention to detail for documenting complex medical rationales.
