Remote Holiday Coordinator

Remote Holiday Coordinator

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Holiday Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you will assist clients with planning holiday vacations, seasonal getaways, and special celebrations by researching destinations, coordinating accommodations, and organizing personalized itineraries. You'll work closely with clients and travel partners to help create seamless and memorable travel experiences from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and helping others celebrate life's special moments through travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and recommend holiday destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and activities based on client preferences
  • Prepare travel quotes, proposals, and customized itineraries
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel details and respond to general inquiries
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers and hospitality partners to confirm reservations and special requests
  • Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
  • Provide professional and timely support throughout the travel planning process

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills, including:
    • Email

    • Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment
