Remote Holiday Coordinator

Remote Holiday Coordinator – Full-Time ([Location]: Remote)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Holiday Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist clients in planning holiday vacations, seasonal getaways, and special celebrations by researching destinations, coordinating accommodations, and organizing personalized itineraries. You’ll work closely with clients and travel partners to deliver seamless, memorable travel experiences from booking to departure.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and helping others celebrate life’s special moments through travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and recommend suitable holiday destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and activities based on client preferences
  • Prepare accurate travel quotes, proposals, and customized itineraries
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing support
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers and hospitality partners to confirm reservations and fulfil special requests
  • Maintain organic client records, travel documentation, and up-to-date booking systems
  • Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality support from enquiry to post-travel follow-up
  • Manage a varied caseload while meeting multiple deadlines in a remote work environment

Person Specification

  • Excellent communication skills: Both written correspondence (emails, proposals) and verbal interaction (call handling, phone consultations)
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities: Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with technology: Familiarity with email platforms, web browsers, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
  • ** Customer-centric mindset**: Proactive attitude for resolving client concerns and enhancing satisfaction
  • Reliable setup: High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Previous experience within customer service, hospitality, or travel is desirable but not compulsory
