Remote Holiday Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Holiday Coordinator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will assist clients with:
- Planning holiday vacations
- Seasonal getaways
- Special celebrations
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching destinations
- Coordination of accommodations
- Organizing personalized itineraries
You’ll work closely with clients and travel partners to help create seamless and memorable travel experiences from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys:
- Organization

- Helping others celebrate life’s special moments through travel
Key Responsibilities
- Research and recommend holiday destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and activities based on client preferences
- Prepare travel quotes, proposals, and customized itineraries
- Communicate with clients to:
- Gather travel details
- Respond to general inquiries
- Coordinate with travel supply partners and hospitality partners to:
- Confirm reservations
- Manage special requests
- Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
- Provide professional and timely support throughout the travel planning process

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer skills including:
- Web browsing
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to:
- Manage multiple priorities
- Meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace

Previous experience in:
- Customer service (preferred)
- Hospitality (preferred)
- Administrative support (preferred)
- Travel (a plus, but not required)
