Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve basic software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Log and track customer tickets using a ticket management system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical specialists.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Stay updated on company products and software releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
- No prior experience required; internships are an advantage.
