We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Product Manager to help grow and optimise the reach of leadership and personal development programmes using modern digital tools, CRM systems, and AI-supported workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support digital marketing campaigns across online channels
  • Improve product messaging, positioning, and audience engagement
  • Manage CRM workflows, lead journeys, and customer communications
  • Use AI tools to optimise marketing efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate with a remote international team
  • Help refine how our programmes are presented and delivered digitally

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product, growth, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys
  • Experience using CRM platforms and marketing tools
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in personal development and education sectors
