We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Product Manager to help grow and optimise the reach of leadership and personal development programmes using modern digital tools, CRM systems, and AI-supported workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support digital marketing campaigns across online channels
- Improve product messaging, positioning, and audience engagement
- Manage CRM workflows, lead journeys, and customer communications
- Use AI tools to optimise marketing efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with a remote international team
- Help refine how our programmes are presented and delivered digitally
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product, growth, or related fields
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys
- Experience using CRM platforms and marketing tools
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Interest in personal development and education sectors
