We're Hiring: Remote Appointment Setter (Medical Sales)
Park Square Clinic is looking for an experienced and motivated Remote Appointment Setter. If you're confident on the phone, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and know how to turn conversations into booked appointments, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for engaging with prospective patients, qualifying leads, and booking consultations for our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Qualifying prospective patients and identifying their needs
- Booking consultations into the clinic diary
- Following up with enquiries and nurturing leads
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Managing your sales pipeline and CRM records
- Achieving weekly and monthly booking targets

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role
- Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Professional and personable approach
Remote Working Requirements
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Professional headset with microphone
- High-speed, stable internet connection
- Quiet workspace suitable for making outbound calls
