Join a fast-growing AI interviewer platform as a hands-on digital marketing expert focused on driving organic growth for a B2B SaaS product. This fully remote contract role requires you to independently build and execute the first version of the growth engine, with a strong emphasis on measurable business results.
You will be responsible for:
- Increasing qualified company signups
- Improving signup-to-activation conversion rates
- Boosting consistent product usage
The role involves:
- Building a compelling LinkedIn presence
- Creating and managing short-form video content
- Developing high-intent SEO and AI search content
- Optimizing the user journey
- Leveraging AI and automation tools to run efficient campaigns and growth experiments
The initial engagement is for one month, with the potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy tailored to B2B SaaS
- Build and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence to attract and engage target audiences
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video content for social channels
- Research, write, and optimize high-intent SEO and AI search content to drive qualified traffic
- Analyze and optimize the full user journey from signup to activation and ongoing usage
- Design and run growth experiments using AI and automation tools to maximize efficiency
- Track, report, and improve key business metrics related to user acquisition and engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience growing B2B SaaS products or brands, with a focus on organic marketing
- Demonstrated ownership of key business metrics and ability to deliver measurable results
- Strong background in content marketing, including video and SEO-driven content
- Proficiency with LinkedIn marketing and social media management
- Experience using AI and automation tools for marketing campaigns and experiments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review and optimize user journeys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-starter who can work independently and execute strategies hands-on
- Availability for a one-month remote contract, with potential for extension
