This project seeks a talented music composer to create an original score for a nearly two-minute Arabic voiceover-led cultural campaign video. The film centers on the intimate relationship between Rashid and Noura, culminating in the emotion of طمأنينة (tama'neena), a deep sense of reassurance. The ideal score will be restrained and acoustic—preferably led by piano or strings—delivering a subtle, modern Arabic or Gulf sensibility without resorting to orientalist clichés. The music should thoughtfully support the narrative, enhance the emotional arc, and leave space for the voiceover and moments of silence, building gently toward the final emotional resolution. The composition will be synchronized to a locked picture and must be delivered with a final mix, stems, and demo passes for approval.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
