Personal Lines (Market) Pricing Manager - Remote, Up to £85,000
Valayo are working on a Pricing Manager opportunity with a high-growth personal lines insurance business that who are taking a very different approach to pricing.
The role is focused on shaping pricing strategy for a business that has the freedom to move quickly, adopt new technologies such as AI into their work and continually evolve how pricing supports commercial decision-making.
This role reports into the Head of Pricing and has ownership across Market pricing, optimisation, competitor analysis and trading performance, helping influence decisions across other teams. This role combines hands on pricing with commercial exposure, offering you the opportunity to shape both short and long-term pricing strategy.

The role is remote, with a monthly check-in day in the office, offering you the flexibility of WFH while still giving the opportunity to collaborate with the wider team in person.

We're looking to speak with candidates with 5+ years' pricing experience (ideally some years of recent/current Market Pricing experience) within UK personal lines insurance who are looking for greater influence, autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing business.
