Remote Personal Travel Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Personal Travel Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support clients by managing their travel needs, from researching destinations to coordinating bookings. You will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience by providing personalized assistance throughout the travel planning process. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, budget, and interests
  • Maintain accurate booking records and client information
  • Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and destination updates
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and timely responses to client inquiries
  • Support clients with changes, cancellations, or adjustments to their travel plans
