About us
Matthew Sinclair Health & Fitness Professionals is a growing online men’s health and body-transformation company.
We help busy men improve their body composition, energy, confidence and overall health through personalised coaching informed by blood testing, nutrition, training and lifestyle support.
We have now helped more than 860 clients, and our coaching programmes typically range from £2,300 to £3,500.
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, emotionally intelligent Sales Consultant to conduct video consultations with prospective clients across the UK and Ireland.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will speak with warm inbound applicants who have expressed an interest in our coaching and applied to learn more.
Your role will be to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges and reasons for seeking support, determine whether the programme is genuinely suitable for them, and confidently help appropriate prospects make a decision.
This is a consultative sale. We are not looking for someone who sounds scripted, overly aggressive or transactional. Our prospective clients need to feel understood and confident that they are making the right decision about an important investment in their health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 15–25 pre-booked video consultations per week
- Build genuine rapport and uncover each prospect’s goals, challenges and motivation for changing
- Clearly explain the programme and how it could help
- Handle questions and objections confidently and professionally
- Follow up with suitable prospects who do not decide during their initial consultation
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks within our CRM
- Participate in regular call reviews and sales meetings
- Consistently work towards a conducted-call close rate of at least 20-30%

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
