  • You'll become an extension of our clients' aftersales departments, supporting some of the UK's leading automotive retailers while working remotely as part of our award-winning team.
  • No two days are the same. You'll work across multiple dealership groups, booking appointments, managing enquiries, and delivering the outstanding customer service our clients expect.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Booking service, MOT, and repair appointments across multiple dealership groups.
  • Working confidently across a variety of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Managing aftersales enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Liaising with dealerships to maximize workshop utilization.
  • Delivering a premium customer experience on behalf of our clients.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and booking information.
  • Working within agreed service levels and quality standards.

About You

  • ✔ Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (essential)
  • ✔ Confident using multiple Dealer Management Systems such as Keyloop, RTC, Pinnacle, or similar
  • ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ✔ Able to manage multiple retailer processes simultaneously
  • ✔ Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • ✔ Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
