- You'll become an extension of our clients' aftersales departments, supporting some of the UK's leading automotive retailers while working remotely as part of our award-winning team.
- No two days are the same. You'll work across multiple dealership groups, booking appointments, managing enquiries, and delivering the outstanding customer service our clients expect.
What You'll Be Doing
- Booking service, MOT, and repair appointments across multiple dealership groups.
- Working confidently across a variety of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Managing aftersales enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Liaising with dealerships to maximize workshop utilization.
- Delivering a premium customer experience on behalf of our clients.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and booking information.
- Working within agreed service levels and quality standards.
About You
- ✔ Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (essential)
- ✔ Confident using multiple Dealer Management Systems such as Keyloop, RTC, Pinnacle, or similar
- ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ✔ Able to manage multiple retailer processes simultaneously
- ✔ Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- ✔ Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
