About the Role

Join a dynamic digital marketing team focused on elevating the online presence of beauty salons and local businesses. This fully remote role is ideal for a creative and motivated professional passionate about social media management and content creation. You will play a key part in developing and executing strategies that drive engagement, grow audiences, and enhance brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Deliverables

  • Develop and schedule engaging content tailored to each client’s brand and target audience
  • Manage daily posting and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to beauty and local business sectors

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
  • Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to content development
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and ability to interpret data for actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry or experience with local business marketing is a plus
