About the Role
Join a dynamic digital marketing team focused on elevating the online presence of beauty salons and local businesses. This fully remote role is ideal for a creative and motivated professional passionate about social media management and content creation. You will play a key part in developing and executing strategies that drive engagement, grow audiences, and enhance brand visibility across multiple platforms.
Deliverables
- Develop and schedule engaging content tailored to each client’s brand and target audience
- Manage daily posting and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustments
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to beauty and local business sectors

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
- Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to content development
