Join an exciting new wedding platform startup as a Social Media Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our brand presence across key social media channels. This fully remote position is ideal for a creative and strategic professional passionate about the wedding industry and digital engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth as we launch in the UK market.
Deliverables
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the wedding industry and UK audience. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. Identify and leverage trends, influencers, and partnerships to maximize reach and brand impact.

Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the lifestyle, events, or wedding sectors. Strong understanding of UK social media trends and audience preferences. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Availability to collaborate with a UK-based team and adapt to relevant time zones.
