We're the #1 Commercial Solar lead provider representing some of the UK's leading commercial solar installers. As we continue to scale, we're looking for ambitious people to join our remote commercial sales team.
The role
You will be speaking with business owners, directors, operations managers, and key decision-makers about commercial solar opportunities and booking qualified site survey appointments for our installation partners.
What makes this role different
Most business-to-business appointment setting roles involve calling old data, trying to work your way through switchboards and decision makers.

What we offer
- Fully remote – work from anywhere in the world
- Full-time, UK hours (9:00am–5:30pm)
- Commission-based with uncapped earnings
- OTE of £36,000–£42,000+ (uncapped)

What we're looking for
- Confident and comfortable speaking with business decision-makers
- Self-motivated and disciplined working from home
- Resilient, target-driven, and coachable
- Sales, SDR, appointment-setting, or phone-based experience is a plus, but attitude matters more
