We're a fast growing solar sales company representing one of the top five solar installers in the UK, a brand with a glowing 4.9 star Trustpilot rating with thousands of happy customers. As we grow, we're looking for hungry people to join our remote sales team.

Most appointment setting roles involve cold calling leads with no clear route to progress within the company. We provide a consistent flow of WARM LEADS that each rep has equal opportunity for.

You will be calling Homeowners that have opted in through our own internal social media advertisements.
What we offer
- Fully remote - work from anywhere in the world
- Full-time, UK hours (9:00am–5:30pm)
- Commission-based with uncapped earnings
- OTE of £36,000-£42,500, (uncapped)
- Real progression - we promote from within into closing and management roles
- Training and ongoing support from an experienced team

What we're looking for
- Confident
- Self-motivated and disciplined working from home
- Resilient, target-driven, and coachable
- Sales or phone-based experience is a plus, but attitude matters more
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work
