Remote Support Technician

Support Technician – ADT Team (M40)

We’re looking for a skilled Support Technician to join our ADT team. Each year, we help over 300,000 customers stay safe and secure by ensuring their alarm systems run smoothly.

The Role

This is a full-time, office-based (M40) position focusing on phone-based security system support. Responsibilities include:

What You Will Do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot security alarm faults
  • Use a wide range of monitoring and programming software
  • Provide excellent customer service to residential and commercial customers (over the phone)
  • Handle high-security customer requirements with discretion
  • Assist field engineers by ensuring remote connectivity to alarm systems

Note: Variable daytime hours with occasional weekend work.
