Remote Travel Advisor for Families
We're a growing remote travel team and we're looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join us as a Remote Travel Advisor for Families.
In this role, you'll work directly with families to plan and book personalized travel experiences, from accommodations and activities to transportation and dining, handling every detail with care and professionalism. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and full training provided from day one. No prior travel industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support families with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and tailored holiday packages.
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online chat.
- Design customized itineraries including accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining suitable for all ages.
- Prepare personalized travel itineraries and simple proposals or quotes.
- Resolve booking questions and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client details and booking records.
- Attend optional virtual training sessions and stay updated on travel trends and supplier promotions.
- Provide dedicated support from planning to travel execution, handling changes or issues professionally.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable conducting virtual consultations and using online booking tools.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is beneficial (not essential).
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a remote schedule.
