Are you an experienced Branch Manager looking for your next challenge within the Removals and Relocation industry?

Our client, a well-established and highly respected removals and relocation business in Buckinghamshire, is looking to appoint an experienced Removals Branch Manager to lead one of their successful branches. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive leader who can inspire a team, oversee daily operations and drive the branch forward while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The Role

As the Removals Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch, ensuring the smooth delivery of domestic, commercial and international removals and storage services. You will lead and develop your team, manage operational resources, monitor branch performance, oversee Health and Safety compliance, maintain high customer service standards and ensure the branch operates efficiently and profitably. You will also work closely with senior management, support business development initiatives, manage customer relationships and help drive continuous improvement across the operation.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will have previous management experience within the removals, logistics or transport sectors, together with excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. You will be commercially aware, customer-focused and capable of motivating a team to achieve high standards. A good understanding of Health and Safety and operational compliance is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
