Removals Group Sales and Customer Service Manager

Location: Manchester Start Date: ASAP Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Car Allowance

Our client excels in providing removals and storage solutions and is looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Removals Group Sales and Customer Service Manager for their Manchester branch.


About the Role

You will drive operational excellence across the sales and customer service teams, ensuring high performance while maintaining top-tier quality and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet revenue, margin, and contribution targets.
  • Boost revenue and brand awareness through business development/account management and day-to-day sales coordination.
  • Deliver first-class customer service, aligning with quality standards.
  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and service quality.
  • Professionally handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
  • Analyse sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with operational teams for smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
  • Prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements

We seek skilled sales professionals with managerial experience, ideally in removals. Ideal candidates must demonstrate:
