Job Description
Responsibilities
- Looking after Renal post transplant patients: Monitoring their bloods, infection markers, medications.
- Working closely with the Clinic Manager: Ensuring mandatory training is up to date, and Personal Development Reviews (PDRs) are completed in a timely manner.
- General running of the clinics: In the absence of the Manager.
- Coordinating staff and patients: To ensure the smooth running of the clinics.
- Caring for Renal Post Transplant patients: Monitoring their bloods, medications, infection status, and looking after their wounds if they have any.
- Working closely with Renal surgeons.
- General running of the Post transplant clinic.
- Transferring patients back to the referring units.
- Dealing with patients' phone calls and email enquiries.
