Renewables Supervisor

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Day to Day Field Management – Be the first point of contact for field teams in your region/area. Complaints Escalations – Review complaints and present to client the resolutions and actions involved to settle. Parts Referrals - Review and Action various referrals from different sources and instruct on surveys required. Technical Advice – Find solutions to field related issues and be responsible for the resolution to keep the installation online and quality and standards kept high. Quoting of Works – Use calculators and/or SOR to establish a cost in line with departmental margins and expectations. Tracking Repair Status – Keep visibility of various jobs and statuses, actions for any jobs stuck in a certain status for longer than SLA. Pipeline visibility Servicing – Be conscious of upcoming & future and establish capacity in order to be ready to deliver. Review Further Works – Review installation job notes and action notes from installers, or question why this was not completed during installation. Review Q/A Reporting – Review the surveyors reports for post completion, note any trends where quality or standards not met. Department Financial Reporting – Report on number of completed installations per client and total weekly figures. Client Communications – Update clients on job statuses and quotations, bookings, potential challenges to install. Review Departmental Performance – Report to line manager points of improvement or repeated issues. Line Management – Be the line management for field and admin staff. Ensure performance expectations are being met to keep in line with SLA’s.

The successful candidate will have
Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points) Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential Experience delivering high levels of customer service The ability to work with a diverse customer base
