The Role
- Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customer contracts, ensuring timely renewals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Working closely with Customer Success, Sales and Account Management teams, you'll play a key role in protecting recurring revenue, reducing churn and identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, from forecasting and customer engagement through to pricing, negotiation and contract completion.
- Build strong relationships with customers, proactively managing renewal timelines and ensuring contracts are renewed ahead of expiry.
- Maintain accurate contract, pricing and renewal data within CRM systems, providing reliable forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues, improve renewal processes and contribute to revenue retention targets.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience managing customer renewals, account management or customer success within a SaaS or software environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience negotiating contracts, pricing and commercial terms.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously.
- Analytical, customer-focused and proactive, with experience using CRM systems to manage contract data, forecasting and reporting.
