18.5 hours per week:
- Monday – Tuesday: 09:00am – 5:30pm
- Saturdays: 09:00am – 12:30pm
💰 Salary:
£13,289.41 per annum, plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus
About the Role
The Taxi Renewals Agent position is a fast-paced, customer-focused sales role within a friendly, target-driven inbound sales environment. Teamwork, positivity, and high energy are core to our company culture.
Through full in-house training and continuous coaching, you’ll gain FCA-regulated industry expertise and essential tools to succeed. Focused on serving customers while growing your career alongside supporting complex queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Review an allocated renewal invite list
- Invite policies in line with compliance guidelines
- Verify policy data accuracy and ensure client records are updated appropriately
- Undertake a fair market analysis
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Process renewals of motor policies (including auto-renewals) compliantly
- Sell extra value/complementary products compliantly
- Resolve customer renewal queries
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent IT and data entry skills, with proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong numeracy and literacy standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
- Outstanding attention to detail and administration skills
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accustomed to working to targets/KPIs
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills
