About the Role
This ideal role is perfect for someone looking to transition from accountancy practice into commerce.
My client operates as the family office for an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family. The key focus of this position is managing their substantial rental property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Reporting
- Responsible for the accounting of 5 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and c.150 properties.
- Oversee issuing rent and service charge invoices.
- Handle rent collection, processing, and secure banking of funds.
