Rent Review Surveyor, London West End
Competitive Salary + Bonus + Pension + BUPA
A new opening within a property firm located in London's West End for an experienced Surveyor to sit within the landlord and tenant team, covering rent reviews.
As a surveyor you will be based in London and take responsibility for the oversight and performance of external agents to ensure reviews are settled in a timely manner and at open market rate.
You will undertake a handful of rent reviews in-house against their tenants. Liaising with the wider rent review team on rental growth performance and KPI review of their agents.

Calculating and analysing with internal reporting of ERVs at the rent review date.
Provide ERVs for the other internal teams.
Who we are looking for:
- You will need to be Chartered and a member of the RICS.
- Have experience in undertaking commercial rent reviews.
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
- Ideally have experience using property management databases.
