Joining our specialist Rentals team
You'll take ownership for managing customer accounts that require that extra touch of care to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This role is based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office, just 6 minutes away from Leeds city centre, offering potential for growth for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to rental reservation requests as well as existing reservation inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with customers to resolve any issues
- Nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal managers at Zenith
- Analyse cost-saving reports to enhance efficiency and optimise resources
- Ensure prompt booking confirmations in accordance with specific service level agreements
- Process reservation changes and terminations accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper documentation and supplier acknowledgement
- Stay well-informed about customers' needs and requirements, meeting client-specific service level agreements and performance indicators

You will work on a weekly alternating rota, Monday to Friday. The early rota from 8am to 4.45pm, a second rota from 8.45am to 5.30pm, and a late rota from 9.15am to 6pm.
What you'll need
- Experience in managing administrative tasks while delivering exceptional telephone-based customer service
- Confidence, creative problem-solving skills, proficient IT capabilities, a positive attitude, and a strong team player mindset
