Position Overview:

Finning is the world's largest Caterpillar dealer. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions. We are looking for an organised and detail focused Rental and Used Equipment Coordinator to support the end to end administration of Rental and Used Equipment sales.

Job Description:

This role ensures orders, contracts, purchases and invoices are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining excellent communication with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Rental and Used Equipment orders from initial deal to invoicing and GP washout
  • Liaise with sales teams, managers and central teams to manage contracts, deal sheets and delivery timelines
  • Process equipment purchases and maintain accurate records on databases and related systems
  • Raise accurate rental and sales invoices, ensuring correct costs, margins and accounting periods
  • Manage general rental administration including on/off hire, quotations, machine releases and asset records
  • Record warranties, organise safety certificates and licences, and carry out HPI checks
  • Produce reports for management and support rental and used equipment meetings
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, sales teams and managers, responding promptly and professionally

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within rental, sales or equipment environments
  • Excellent attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build positive customer relationships
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Good PC skills; experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar systems desirable
