What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔️ Carrying out on-hire and off-hire inspections of trailers and rental assets
- ✔️ Managing incoming rental enquiries via telephone and email
- ✔️ Organising on-hire/off-hire processes with customer drivers
- ✔️ Managing yard checks and fleet inventory to ensure accuracy
- ✔️ Liaising with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet service, compliance, and documentation requirements
- ✔️ Raising reservations, managing bookings, and supporting the ALS rental system
- ✔️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input

What You’ll Bring
- ✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills

- ✔️ Good administrative and computer skills
- ✔️ Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ✔️ Full UK driving licence (essential)
- ✔️ A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership in your work
- ✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
