Rental Customer Advisor – Motherwell Car & Van Rental
We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor for our Motherwell Car & Van Rental branch.

Hours
Full time: 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 and alternate weekends
About The Role
As part of a busy Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you’ll work closely with management and other staff members to deliver the outstanding service our customers expect.
The ideal candidate for this varied role must be flexible, organised, and committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently excellent level of customer care, both in-person and over the telephone
- Use brilliant communication and organisational skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally
- Monitor and control expenditure effectively
- Generate daily reports and ensure timely follow-up
- Help promote the branch and foster a strong customer experience
- Occasionally cover shifts at other branches when needed
Essential Requirements
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis, seven days per week
- Open to geographic flexibility for covering other branches
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
