About the Role
As THE OUT grows, so do our operational teams. The Rental Member Services Specialist is an ambassador for THE OUT, providing excellent customer service and superior problem resolution in a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly manner. We are committed to a concierge approach, ensuring a positive, memorable experience.
You will communicate directly with our customers on the front line across multiple channels, including email, live chat, social media, and phone. This role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to our Old Street (London) office.

You’ll receive full training to ensure you’re confident in going above and beyond, delivering service that reflects our brand.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer service communications across multiple platforms (phone, live chat, email).
- Providing excellent, high-quality service to all customers.
- Handling general administration duties.
- Supporting the Fleet & wider teams as required.
Skills & Experience
Must-haves:
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- At least 1+ years of live chat or digital customer service experience (Zendesk and Salesforce are desirable but not essential).
- 2+ years of customer service experience with a luxury brand (desirable).
- B2B or concierge experience, confident in dealing with complex queries.
- Ability to solve problems effectively from the customer’s perspective, while aligning with THE OUT’s tone of voice.
- Strong ability to work flexibly across multiple aspects of the business.
- High energy, positivity, and confidence—even during challenging conversations.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
