About the Role
Are you an experienced leader in repairs, maintenance, or voids management? Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational efficiency? Can you inspire and develop teams to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Repairs & Voids Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our responsive repairs and voids service.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring repairs and void properties are managed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You'll support and develop operational teams, drive productivity improvements, oversee quality standards, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with internal teams and residents, you'll play a key role in maintaining positive relationships while ensuring services are delivered in line with organisational standards and obligations.

Field Based - covering Lowestoft to Saxmundham
Hours
Full Time - 40 hpw - Monday to Friday
Contract
Permanent + Car
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise responsive repairs and voids operatives on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure efficient delivery of repairs and void works while maintaining high performance standards.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness across the service.
- Conduct post-work inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Manage workflow processes and ensure operational procedures are followed correctly.
- Support, coach, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
- Support budget control and cost management across repairs and void activities.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a supervisory, team leader, or management role within repairs, maintenance, voids, social housing, or a related industry.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Practical knowledge of responsive repairs and void works.
- Good understanding of budget management and cost control.
- Experience and understanding of workplace and site health and safety requirements.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A full UK driving licence.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary - £46279.25 to £53207.28 per annum
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years service)
